H1 and Jewelry Industry

Hi,
I have a B. Com. degree from India. I have worked in India for about two years. I have also done a diploma course in Gemology from GIA (The best school in the field of Gemology). As a result of this diploma, I have multiple offers from jewelry stores, but none of them have a minimum requirement of Bachelors degree. My question is whether I can apply for H1-B visa or not.
Any answers/pointers will be highly appreciated.
 
The rule is simple, if the offered job requires a Bachelors degree in Gemmology, you will qulaify for H1.
