H1 and I -94 expired

Hi My H1 and I -94 are expired on Feb 12th and my company filed the H1 extension USCIS site says the receipt date is Feb15 however I have a valid EAD being my I 140 is pending for approval with the same employer I am not sure what will be my legal status for the period Feb 12th to Feb 15th time frame .Is there going to be any issue for my status I appreciate for any suggestions.
