H1 and H4 revalidation info!! Please Help

Hi there,

My visa expires in Sept 2002 and I would like to revalidate my H1 and my spouse' H4 visas. How much would the total fee be in this case? Would my spouse' visa be considered as a separate application?

Do you have an approval(h1 extension) in hand to do revalidation?

Suppose you have H1B extension approved, the fee is $45 each visa. You and your wife can apply together.

I had mine revalidated two months ago.

hi radhika fees has changed

i sent mine and my wife's. I assume you are from india too. I had to send two money orders for 150 and 130 each. the first part is for machine readable visa fees and the second for reciprocity fees with india

Thanks for your response. It does clear up my question. Yes, I am indian.

My spouse had a H4-H1-H4 transition after coming to US. With the latest H4, she now has her own new I-94. Do I need to send a copy of that I-94 along with my other documents?
