Friends, would appreciate any advice on this:
My h1 is expiring on 10th May 03 and my company is applying for extension next month ( Feb mid, 03). Looking at the current times, I might not get my extension by 10th May '03, but I should be OK.
My wife on h4 has just left for a vacation in India and wants to come back around end of May 03. Is there a way, I can apply for her h4 entension along. I have her passport copies and I 94 before she left.
Also, assuming I get my h1 extension by 10th May, and she wants to return around the same time, can she show a copy of my h1 extension at POE and get an extended valid I-94. If Yes, in that case, do I still need to apply for her H4 extension once she is here.
