H1 and Degree Evaluation

I just applied for my H1 and I am wondering wheather they would require me to do a degree evaluation here in the states before my H1 would be approved. I have a four year degree from Nigeria.
 
Degree evaluation is part of the process

And most probably it was done before your LCA was filed by your employer.

Yes you can get your degree/work exp etc evaluated thru an american evaluation institute. Talk to your lawyer the lawyer should have told you about this already.
