H1 & H4 Extension INS fee?

Can anybody tell me what is the H1-Extension & H4-Extension fee for INS

H4: $120.00
Irrespective of number of dependents, fee is $120.00 for H4.

Add $1000 to the H-1 fee if it is the first extension with this employer

New petitions, "transfers" and first extensions with a specific employer must also pay the $1000 "training fee" imposed by AC21. The employee is prohibited from paying the training fee, it must be paid by the employer.

Jim, I had my H-1 transferred from employer A to B. Now if employer B were to file for an extension of my H-1, would he still have to add $1000.00? thnx

I looks that way

AC21 and the prior ACWIA appear to operate that way. The checklist on the I-129(W) indicates when the $1000 training fee is not required.
