H1 7th year extension - Please answer

Hello,

My 6th year of H-1B is ending this Dec 30th. I had applied for my labor in Jan 2005. I was hoping to get my 7th year extension based on a pending labor. But now my labor is approved !!

Can I still get my 7th year extension? Whatever documentation I have found on the Internet talks about an extension for only two criteria a) Pending labor for 1 year of b) Pending I-140 for 1 year. What about my case?

it does not matter if labor is pending or approved.. As long as it is 365 days old, you can get h1 extension.
