Hello,
My H1 6yrs is expiring in July and I didn't know I had to file for new LCA as part of 7th year extension.
Is it true that I have to file for 7th year extension NOT less than 2 months of expiry? What are the other requirements and where can i find?
Without filing for LCA, wHat are my options to file 7th year extension?
I have 140 approved in 2003 and my 485 is pending. I ALSO have EAD which expired 4/4/2005 but never used. I dont' have EAD mailer.
Can I file for EAD renewal without EAD mailer and with EAD expiry date?
Please help me. Thanks
