My 6 years h1b will be over in Jan 2007. I haven't not filed labour, but I am going to file in
this month in PERM.
I have used abt amost 5 months of vacation in last 6 years. Two times 2 months each and other
time 1 month.
Can i recapture my vacation period.
Technically on Jan 30th I will complete my 6th year. But my h1 petition and visa is valid till
august 2007. My lawyer made a mistake when he submitted my petition, so I got few extra months.
But I guess I am not supposed to stay more than 6 years even though I have granted more than 6
years.
What should I do now, Do I need to submit another application to recapture my vacation.
What if I donot receive response from USCIS before my actaul 6th year is over
please advise me
