Has anyone got H1 extension beyond 6 years for health reasons? Say, due to pregnancy? Is it possible to get that? I guess airlines won\'t allow you to travel during the last month or so of pregnancy. It happens like that in this case.
You would need to go through your factual situation with an attorney to see if you have any others (does you H-1 really hit 6 years when you think it does?, can you change to any other status (O-1, F-1, . . .)?, is there any way to extend your H-1 beyond 6 years based on AC21?)
