H1 6 year expiring - visa transfer

Folks, I have only 3 months left in my 6 year limit. My current company is closing down.I have another company who is ready to transfer my H1 visa and give project for 3 months.
Are there any issues getting H1 transfer during last few months of H1 limit considering H1 transfer itself takes 4-5 months these days
- Will H1 transfer get Approved ?- oR Should I file for premium Process ?

- oR Should I file for premium Process ?
---- I will go for premium processing

*** Don’t you have any LC field by ANY employer for you that was flied 365 days back and pending?
Also ask your new employer or HR if they have any approved LC that matches your education and skills at the time of filling. If they have any approved LC and matches with your education and skill set then you can file I-140 and I-485 with Labor substitution
