H1 6 year calculation

I have a question and would appreciate any answer.

If one has spent 2 years on H4 before converting to H1, would these 2 years be counted against the 6 year H1 time or not?

And I have a question from you.

I read your post in I140 appeals and you said that you have Bsc3 years + Msc 2 years and your I140 was submitted in EB3(Labor BS or eqi required) - Can you please tell me what happened to your case. Is your I 140 approved? I am also in a similar situation like you. Your input is greatly appreciated.
