I will be in Canada with Maple card for a while and use the 30-day visa rule to return. My questions are:
1.At the airport/land border, how does the visa officer know I return within 30 days or beyond?
2.If i return at the 31st or 51st day, how much chance I will put myself into trouble? Suppose I need to stay Canada for 50 days, which is advisable to enter the States once sometime within 30 days and re-enter Canada, or to directly come back to the States after 50 days?
3.Has anybody gone through similar situation?
