I would like to know what are the exact requirements for passport when applying for H4-B visa. My fiance has the same last name as mine, but offcourse different middle name on her passport.
Do you think it is still neccessary to submit her passport for name change to include my first name in her passport or do you think it would be ok for going to visa office without having my name included.
Also, could someone please write to me by replying to this message, as to what does endorsing passport for name change means? What is the procedure for it and how long does it take? Is endorsed name change on passport an accepted thing at US Consulate office.
Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.
