H-4 Visa revalidation needed or not.

I am working on H1B Visa. Last year I have changed my employer and received my new H1B approval with new I-94 form. I applied for new H4 approval for my wife also and she also received new H4 approval with new I-94 form.
As our last company's VISA is still not expired (Valid till Jan 2003) we have not applied for the revalidation of our VISAS.
In May 2002, my wife visited India and and now planning to come back by the end July or in August. She is carring her new I-94 form and copy of my new I-94 and I-129 form.
As she has new I-94 form (From my new employer) and her previous VISA expiry date still not over, we believe that she con re-enter USA without getting her VISA revaluidated in India. But we are not quite sure about it and needed strong confirmation.
Please help us to be sure on this issue.
In case she travel without getting her VISA revalidated what all problem she can face at the port of entry in USA and how to deal with it.
Please help us on this issue asap.
Thanks,
Svargia

I think she can travel with new H4 visa

I think it shouldn't be any problem. If she has valid visa and (I don't think she will still have I-94 after leaving USA, As far as I know they collect at time when you leave country, correct me if I am wrong) The copy of your I -797 should be enough. But after sep 11th and this economy if you send her your current employement letter from your company it would be make trip more safe. And I am not sure if she keep your orignal i-797 it would make little bit differnce. if she can keep marrige certificate and copy of your passport handy it won't be bad idea.

(she doesn't need H4 stamping again in india)

I hope this will help.

No Prob

INS rules clearly state that you can travel on the valid H-4 (H-1) even it has your previous employer's name on it.
