H-4 to F-1 I-140 filed

My spouse's employer has filed I-140 on our behalf but 485 prioirity dates are not current.

I would like to transfer to F-1 and need to file Change of Status. should i check the box that says an immigration petition has been filed for you by another person/have you filed for an immigration petition? I have heard that h-4 spouses are only added on the GC process at the third stage ie applying for 485. So does this mean that immigration petition has been filed for me as well?

also, is it possible to get a Change of Status apprived when I140 is filed?

Once your spouse file a I 140 application you are a pending immigrant and your F1 visa out side USA mostly rejected.

I 140 application Part 7, clearly requires spouse and all the children details those who are going to immigrate with the applicant. So as per OMB No: 1615-0015 you are 100% immigrant now.

also, is it possible to get a Change of Status apprived when I140 is filed? YES
