Sir Jim, Other Gurus - Please help!
We got our H-1/H-4 (of Company A) stamped at Chennai in Nov 2000. It is valid till Jan 2003. On my return to the U.S., I changed employers and joined Company B. We have the H-1 and H-4 approvals from Company B (valid till Apr 2003). Recently my wife went to India on vacation and is now planning to return.
The question that I have is can she come back with the old visa and show the new papers at the POE in U.S. so that she can get the I-94 till the date of validity of the new H-4 OR should she get the visa stamped in India??
Any help will be appreciated.
