H-4 stamping in Canada. No I-94 on I-797C

Folks,

The H-4 petetion for my wife was approved today. Previously we had taken an appointment with the US COnsulate in Ottowa for July 1st week.

The I-797C has no I-94 as part of it. What does this mean ?
When my wife leavs the US, the current I-94 will have alreay expired (30th April 2006)

What are the repurcussions ? Any help will be welcome

797C is coutesy copy. I think consulate asks you original I-797(whcih is I-797A or 797B).
You company or lawyer should have received original.
