i am currently on h4 expiring on sep30th 2011.
My husband is on h1-B expiring on the same date. We came over to India on an emergency in May 2011.
We had some disputes and hence my husband left to US two weeks ago and left me here. Not sure if he got his visa extended.
I can't even go to the consulate for getting my visa extended as i have none of my husband's documents with me.
I have plans of returning to US on my own now. So within what date would it be safe for me to travel back to US without having any issues?
Is there a possibility for me to travel to US even on the last date of my visa expiry? However, i do not have any of the documents that the immigrations officer might ask for.
