H 4 I 94 error

When I Applied for H4 Extenson for my wife, There is an error in I 94 on the approval notice I797A. The country of citizenship is printed as Philippines instead of India. Do I need to correct it. If it has to be corrected can somebody give me correct procedure to do it. Thanks

If lawyer filed her H4 extension then check the copy of form I-539 (lawyer has the copy) if lawyer wrote wrong info on form I-539 then it is not the mistake of USCIS.
