Hello Rajiv Sir/Members,
I would like to understand the processing times at VSC. It seems from USCIS site that the VSC process I-539 with 15 months backlog.
Here are some dates from our case and I would like to know what will be an appropriate date to raise a service request at USCIS.
H1 Extn Filed: Mar-21 at Nebraska Center
H4 + H4 Ead Filed: June-04 at Vermont Center
H1 RFE: July-16
H1 RFE response with premium: Aug-23
H1 Extn approved: Sep-05
Now, it seems the H-4/I539 & H4-EAD/I-765 are processed in two different paces. can you please suggest if raising an SR would help?
