HI all,
I am on F-1, and my company will file my H-1B in April 05. I will start my job in August.
I graduate in June 05, I was wondering if I can go back to my country after I graduate (hoping that I would have H-1B approval by then) and before I start (sometime in July) and get my H-1B stamped?
I am planning to apply for OPT as well, not sure how it will effect my H-1 filed by employer.
