Hi all!! i came on H-1b visa in march. i didnot joined the company, now i am getting oppertunity from other company which is ready to transfer my visa..
but parent company is not ready to issue me a pay stub.. so how can i transfer visa to other company.. is that compulsory to have pay stub....

and also please let me know,if i convince new company to issue new H1 for me..can i work for that company by carring two H1-B visa. or i have to go india to stamp for new company and then can start new company??????????????? please do let me know....

To get paystub, ask new company to do a subcontract with your old company. This way you can get the paystubs.
Some people in past were sucessful in transfering H1 without paystubs also, do not know if that will still work.
