H-1B Visa Renewal in The US

Dear ALL:

My current H1B Visa is expiring in Oct 2003 and I have an approved H1B Visa till OCT 2004, I would like to renew my H1B Visa myself, please advise if any of you could help me with the process.

Need to know the documents as required and also where to send the passport, fee am assuming is $ 175.00 ( Am from India )

Please advise so as i can submit my passport for renewal in a timely manner and also save some money ...

All Your help in resolving this issue of mine would be highly appreciated.

--- Do you want to renew or Extend H1 status after 2004? If that is the case your Employer have to file H1 extension with BCIS, if you just want to get visa stamp in the passport then visit:

Many Thanls for your inputs, I only need to renew my Visa in the passport as I already have an approved H1B extn till oct 2004.
