H-1B Visa question

Hi,

Have a question related to H-1B visa stamping, I recently did a H-1 transfer and my visa is still valid till March 2006 with the old employer and I am planning to visit India this summer, so do I have to get the visa stamped with the new employer or I can travel with the old one.

Also, would there be any problem getting H-4 spouse visa for my wife ?

Hi,

----- you CAN use that Visa for rentry to US till March 2006 and at POE show passport Visa stamp AND New H1 approval notice and you will get I-94 till H1 approval notice, check the date on I-94 at POE and if mistake point it to Officer or ask for supervisor( better keep letter of new Employer with you, show ONLY if asked)

so do I have to get the visa stamped with the new employer
