Hi, I got my H-1B approved and status changed from F-1 on Oct-1, 2004. I just worked for company A for a month and half and another Company B is offering me to transfer my H-1 to them. Company A did not send me the pay stub for the month of Oct. My question is,
Can I transfer to Company B without affecting my status right now or I need to wait until I get 3 pay stubs?
I do not have a project on hand and am searching for one to start with. Company B is offering me a project only if I transfer to them. Can I be on bench for my first 2 months without pay stubs and can do transfer without trouble?
Will it be a problem in future or GC?
