I applied for an H-1B transfer at CSC (regular processing) on June 7th. My lawyer has the WAC # emailed to him but no paper receipt. He claims that the USCIS is not sending paper receipts as it is busy with new H-1B issuance etc. I used the WAC # to check on the USCIS site and it says visa is being processed.
Is any one else in same boat? I like the comfort of having a paper receipt.
