H-1B Tansfer

Hi All,

I transfered my visa from company A to company B. company B is laying off H-1B employees. can i go back and work with company A on the same old visa. visa validation with company A is till 10/31/2011.

Company A has not revoked the visa yet.

I would really appreciate if any1 can address this question.

--------------------You CAN work with A if A has not revoked your H1 petition by writing to USCIS and has job for you or ready to give you job. VISA stamp is under DOS and H1 petition approval is under USCIS. dont mix Visa stamp with H1 approval notice or H1 petition.
