H-1B stamping in Hong Kong - how long does it take?

Has anyone gotten an H-1B visa stamp (reentry permit) from the U.S. Consulate in Hong Kong? How long did it take?

It used to take 1-2 days but I'm not sure about now, after 9/11.

same day process for HK residents

Found out that an H-1 visa stamp can be given within a day for HK residents - apply in the morning, receive it in the afternoon.

Foreigners are discouraged from applying at the HK US consulate.
