My company plans to extend my H-1b for other 3 yrs. However, the financial situation is not the best at the moment. The company's current annual income is negative. I would like to know if I would have any problem when filing I-129.
-----They have to pay you minimum according to LCA, if they cannot pay the wages according to LCA, H1b extension will be denied, and your company lawyer is the best person to reply your query. If the company can’t pay the minimum wages according to LCA they cannot sponsor or file for H1 extension.
