i am on h-1 my wifs on h4 she has found a job and a sponsor for h-1 but ironically the quota is over. is there any chance of the increase in quota?
is there any other way?
please let me know

If she has a Master's degree or higher from US she can get an H1.

Some H1-bs would not adhere to the yearly quota. Especially the ones where the jobs are in Universities, organizations affiliated with Universities, hospitals, non-profit organizations

May be you should find a job in such organizations.
