Hello,

Let's say if someone is on B2 visa currently. Considering the situation these days regarding H-1B cap reaching, and not able to file for H-1B until April 1st to start work on October 1st.

Is it possible to file Premium processing for a new H-1B petition
if someone is on B2 visa currently?
