My friend had an interview yesterday in Consulate and his visa got rejected!
Here are the details:
He has Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Management with 6 years experience completely related to the Job description.
The Job requirements are: Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing, Actuarial Management or related degree.
The VO has told him that your visa was rejected due to unrelated degree to the Job requirement.
Guys, please correct me if I'm wrong, from what I see, his degree specifically has been stated on the Job requirement and he has 6 years of experience completely related to the Job duties, which should not be any issue!!
Is there any way for him to appeal his denial?
Any insight would be really appreciated!
