H-1B Gurus Need help..about staying out on H-1B

H-1B Gurus,
I work as software consultant on H-1B status in USA for the last 6 years, also i have approved EAD and advanced paroles, my H-1B Visa is still valid, I am out of USA and vacationing in India, for personal reasons for the last 3 1/2 months,
I am just wondering how long can i be out of country with out any problems
Do I need any additional documentation while im checkin in at the port of entry?
ie., to support for the reasons why im out of country for that long...???

Any suggestions would help....

you can stay how ever long you wish. But to re-enter, you must have a valid H1 visa or a valid AP.
