H-1b getting married with USC

I am a H-1b holder, living in the US.
I am getting married with USC.
Where should I go to find out what we should do.
BCIS home page was too confusing for us!
Please help us find the simplest answer.

If you are a U.S. citizen and your spouse is currently in the United States, your spouse may be eligible to file Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, at the same time as you file Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative.

It is hard to manage our time for visa things when we are in a busy city.
