A client was rejected when she applied for H-1B as a "medical and health service manager". The ground for rejection was this job is usually for the master degree graduate. And another reason is that this clinic has another manager who does similar functions as a beneficiary.
Now, she brought this case to me….

I have a hard time finding what is a appropriate job title/description for her as most of the dental/medical related works are for associate degree or master degree, not bachelor degree.
