H-1B extention receipt (TSC)

Hello, Folks:

I filed my H-1B three year extention on 03/04. My company check was cashed on 3/16. However, I still have not received the receipt. Is this normal?

Based on my experience, USCIS usually send the receipt short after they cash the check. How can I make an inquiry without a case number?
