my 6 yrs h-1 b visa will expired on 30th sept 2010.i have file for my extension since my labour was aprroved in 2007,but they are taking time to renew it,they asked for more proof for company tax id and we have faxed to them ,what if my application is not finished by sept 30th wil i be out of status by then,can is til change the company before my expired date if they can help me to restore my status.i am worried since if i do not get any reply by sept 30 then i cannot drive also.
