H-1B Employer Need info to comply with the law

Hello:

Our company just hired an H-1B worker. This is the first time we hired H-1B worker. We would like to know if there is any information available on the web about how our company should comply with the law while having H-1B worker in the company AND what H-1B worker must do while working for our company.

We just want to make sure that our company and our employee are complying with the law.

Pay the wages more than LCA
No Bench allowed if you cant place him with client still you have to pay him the full salary.
You cannot force him to take unpaid vacations.
Provide him H1 approval notice and keep the copy in your records.
Keep the copy of LCA and form I-129 with your HR and don’t forget to renew H1 before it expires if you need the employee.
If you need the employee as permanent for future job apply his LC ASAP
