H-1B approved- Need to go for stamping

Hi All,

I got my H-1B approved (F1 to H-1B) with I-94 in october.

I didn't get the project right away. But I have to leave to India in January due to some personal problem.

I was wondering if going to Chennai for multiple entry stamping is Ok ? I have no pay stubs as of now.

Employees (in US) should have pay stubs right from the h1b start date. Usually employers dont run pay roll untill employee gets a project. Request your employer to run your pay roll (atleast from dec1st to dec15th) and use that pay stub for ur H1B stamping. For this u will have to pay taxes from your pocket.
