I am currently on H-1B. My 3-yrs H1-B extension and my labor certification is in process. I'm planning to change my job to work for Amazon.com. My job description is going to change from a Software Developer to Technical Project Manager position. Can I transfer my H-1B and my wife's H-4? Can my current employer create any difficulties if they choose to, in this H-1B transfer process. Will my labor certication process will have to start from the beginning?
