My situation:
H-1B 6th year expires in 10 months. I already did all recruitment ads but have not filed PERM yet.

My question 1:
I may file PERM soon to eatablish LC filing date a.s.a.p and then stay outside the U.S. to delay my H-1B exipiration date more than 365 days after the PERM filing date, could I become eligible for H-1B 7th year extension?

My question 2:
How risky is it to file PERM without a complete ads documentation? What I am missing is 30th day printout of the website ads. Will it be very likely to be rejected even without case # or filing date registered?

I would appreciate your any info., opinioins, or feedbacks. Thanks.

YES.

Any missing document can lead to rejection. It is up to you to take a risk.

Thank you for your response.

Could I clarify if by 'rejection' you meant a situation where LC filing date is not officialy established / recorded?

Of course when the PERM got rejected. Your PD is GONE unless you appeal successfully (only if that is DOL mistake).

The PD is only permanent after I140 approved.
