Hi,
I was in US and travelled to India for stamping but after coming back to India I got an attention on my I-797 mistake/intentionally don’t know.
I have got I-797B instead of A even though my employer never requested for Consular processing. So, I rescheduled my appointment to late January and my employer requested for change to I-797A. But, we have got standard response mentioning to fill I-824 form.
Is it good to go for stamping in late January I have?
Also, can I take transfer in this situation?
