H-1 transfer. suggestion reqd

Hi,
I have come on H-1 a week back. I have appd for my SSN. I got a call from an employer and is offering a permanent position. He says, I have to do H-1 transfer. Can you please suggest whether I can do it now and if yes how? Please note I havent got a paystub yet as I landed a week back.

---you need 2-3 recent PAY STUBS then only you can file H1 to H1 transfer
Please note I havent got a paystub yet as I landed a week back.
---get 2-3 pay stubs only then file the H1 to H1 Transfer
