H-1 to H-4 to H-1

Hello,
I'm on H-1 and my husband is also on H-1. We are both in the US. I would like to apply for H-4.
What is the procedure and documents to send ?
How long does it take to get approved?
My employer who holds my H-1 is not going to revoke my H-1. What happens to my H-1 when my H-4 gets approved?
If I want to get back from H-4 to H-1, how long does it usually take? Are there any hassles?

What is the procedure and documents to send ? Except LCA / Education/ exp cert --you need to send all Husband h1 including your last pay stub .How long does it take to get approved? Depends 90 to 180 days
