H-1 stamping other than home country

Hi all,
I am working in Malaysia on a business trip and will be here for a while. But, I need to get my multiple-entry H-1B stamping done to return to the US. I know that normally I need to go to India for that. But, since I am working here and will be for the next few months, is there any provision by which i can go to an US consulate here locally in Malaysia for my H1 stamp?
Please advice me on this. Thanks in advance for all your help.
 
Is this your first h1 stamp, then it might be difficult. You need to get an appointment in advance for most of the third country national visa processing. call or email US consulate in malaysia
