H-1 stamping in Chennai

I went for the first time F-1 to H-1B stamping in Chennai Consulate on April 13th. After long hours of waiting I got my chance at the counter. Since I was from a Non-Software background, the CO asked me where did I learn the programming. None of the certificates from the private institutes helped. I was given a 221(g) asking me to submit my Educational Evaluation through dropbox. I received my Visa 3 weeks after I submitted the papers through the dropbox. But the dropbox thing is a blackhole. Once you submit, all you can do is wait. I have to consider myself lucky. Avoid the Chennai Consulate if you can
