I am planning to get my h-1 stamped in Canada. I came to US in 2001 on F-1. I havent left the country after that. I graduated in May 2004 and have been in status throughout. My h-1 started on Jan 15 2005 but my payroll started from May 10 2005. So, I dont have paystubs for that period. Will this be a problem for h-1 stamping?
Also, I did not have any income while I was in school. So, I dont have any W-2 and Tax documents for that period. Will this be a problem for h-1 stamping?
Also, What consulate in Canada has least rejection statistics?
Thanks in advance.
