hey guys
I know the salary has to be prevailing wages in the county that the job is located in. However I also heard that this does not mean 'paid' wages. I heard this means paid wages AND benefits.

my question is can benefits such as PPO medical insurance, be factored into the h1 application? or does it have to be 'money' only?

thanks!

Be aware, some of the states in US, even leave salary, sick, insurance, one week notice pays are not mandatory.

So only salary is the main object in the H1 wages.
