H-1 rejection.

In case for some reason the H-1 gets rejected,
what effects does that have on H-1 reapplication. Also how many time am I allowed to apply for a H-1 in case of a rejection !!

Depends on the reason for h1 rejection...

This is not like getting a stamp rejection from consulate. generally you will get a Request for evidence before INS says it is going to reject it.
If your previous visa has expired, then you do not have any time for sending another h1. However, nobody can prevent you from applying as long as you take care of the reason for rejection.

If your current h1 is still valid , you can apply for as many as possible.
